Advising on a variety of risk management and cross-border legal issues, in particular in relation to our complex hedging and financing structures, market structure reform in both cash and derivatives products and new product development...

Advising on the current regulatory regime in EMEA, including both product-specific and platform wide European regulations such as MiFID, CRD, ESG rules, EMIR, PRIIPS, AIFMD and PSD2, and relevant national regimes such as the FCA Handbook in the UK or BaFin rules in Germany....

• Support the Chief Legal Officer
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and particularly Swiss corporate law, to ensure the organization's compliance

• Act as a trusted legal advisor for product and regulatory matters, supporting white-label projects, product innovation, and rollout across Bitpanda's ecosystem.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure legally sound and compliant business operations.
