• Support of strategic data protection programs

Ensure proper corporate governance structure within Legal/Governance Function including proper documentation of directors, officers, approvals and protocols....

• Analysis of regulatory developments pertaining to national security
• Multi-level stakeholder management with applicable government and law enforcement agencies as well as industry peers

• Support the MSESE and MSBAG Chief Compliance Officer in the following:
• Coordination of the annual Securities Trading Act Audit (WpHG) of MSESE & MSBAG
• Liaison with the Infrastructure functions to provide advice on compliance and regulatory matters

• Act as Legal Advisor within GS2 & SS&D globally
• Understand Customers' Legal and Compliance Risks.
• Translate Legal & Compliance Requirements into actionable processes & controls.
• Enable SAPs' Legal Operations via customer and supervisory authority interactions.
