• You advise and support internal business units in contract management, in particular in the preparation and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts
• You proactively support internal process improvements

Contributing to and leading special advisory projects (e.g. business traveler, equity-based compensation advice, mobility technology, etc.) while ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business driven approach is taken...

• Conduct due diligence andassist in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks
• Assist in reviewingtransactional alerts generated by the AML system
• Perform daily/periodicscreenings of transactions, customers, and beneficiaries against sanctionslists

• Advise Omya's businesses and TNI function on aligning IP strategy with business objectives and innovation pipelines.
• Provide legal guidance on patents, freedom to operate, trade secrets, and IP contracts.
