• Work closely with R&D and the IP team to support and protect technical inventions
• Monitor relevant technological developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify implications for ongoing IP work and portfolio development

Advising on the current regulatory regime in EMEA, including both product-specific and platform wide European regulations such as MiFID, CRD, ESG rules, EMIR, PRIIPS, AIFMD and PSD2, and relevant national regimes such as the FCA Handbook in the UK or BaFin rules in Germany....

• You serve as the central contact for export control, customs and compliance at management level.
• You develop and implement structures and processes based on legal requirements (AWV, EU Dual-Use Regulation, EU law) and internal group guidelines.

Ensure proper corporate governance structure within Legal/Governance Function including proper documentation of directors, officers, approvals and protocols....

Review, draft, negotiate and interpret a variety of agreements, including but not limited to, software, technology, and data licensing agreements, as well as other complex agreements arising out of Circana's domestic and international operations....

• Support the Auditors Independence process, in particular, perform respective checks based on the list of approved audit and non-audit services
• Perform and support routine Capital Markets Compliance tasks, such as implementation and execution of Personal Account Dealing controls.
