Review, draft, negotiate and interpret a variety of agreements, including but not limited to, software, technology, and data licensing agreements, as well as other complex agreements arising out of Circana's domestic and international operations....

Contribute to corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestments and restructurings, by conducting research, preparing documentation and coordinating internal stakeholders....

• Providing legal and strategic advice on commercial and corporate matters, including policy matters for complex projects and transactions.
• Drafting, negotiation and providing advice on a broad spectrum of commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners.

• Support the organisation, preparation, and follow up on Board and Committee meetings, including drafting and maintaining accurate minutes.
• Ensure timely provision of high-quality materials to support effective decision-making

• Use of new technologies in SAP's cloud services and products (e.g. machine learning, artificial intelligence)
• Implementation of new or amended data protection requirements based on applicable laws and regulations (e.g. international data transfers)
• Support of strategic data protection programs

Safeguarding Framework: Maintain and further develop Bitpanda Safeguarding Framework in alignment with current and forthcoming EU Compliance Laws, including the MiCA regulation, MiFID II and E-Money Act....

• Act as the OEC leader within the Affiliate and support the Affiliate General Manager and Area Compliance Director in key compliance activities.
• Lead and manage an effective Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF) for D.A.C.H, engaging Affiliate Leadership Teams and Country Leaders as needed.

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of business areas, its products, and supporting functions
