• Coordination of the annual Securities Trading Act Audit (WpHG) of MSESE & MSBAG
• Liaison with the Infrastructure functions to provide advice on compliance and regulatory matters

Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks related to existing and planned business activities, including new products, new business lines and cross-border operations....

Manage and review Fairtrade International's oversight mechanism to deliver on agreed principles such as competency, consistency and impartiality and risk management in assurance and licensing...

• Daily legal support to the multiple companies across the EMEA region
• Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts
• Work on different projects
• Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns
• Collating billing information

• Providing legal and strategic advice on commercial and corporate matters, including policy matters for complex projects and transactions.
• Drafting, negotiation and providing advice on a broad spectrum of commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners.
