Develop, implement, and maintain the WKO's KYC policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with EU directives, firmwide policy and national regulations across all relevant European jurisdictions....

• Acting as the go-to expert for Swiss corporate, commercial, and contract law
• Drafting, reviewing, and eventually negotiating international agreements with top-tier global partners
• Managing all corporate governance matters (“corporate housekeeping”), including Board and Shareholder documentation

• Manage compliance activities. Conduct compliance controls in various topics.
• Ensure adherence to relevant German and international regulations and policies.
• Train employees and management on compliance procedures.
• Conduct annual and ad-hoc compliance risk assessments.

• Advise HR and leadership on all aspects of labor law with the focus on German labor law, Norwegian, Swedish and U.S. knowledge is definitely a plus.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.

• Own and implement contract lifecycle management best practices, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Act as single point of contact for selected customers regarding the management of customer contracts.

• Provide German law advice in the area of Regulatory Compliance, such as MaRisk, German Banking Act and EBA Guidelines
• Support the Compliance Officer with reporting and monitoring activities
• Expectation of ECB regarding governance and regulatory liaison
