Advising on the current regulatory regime in EMEA, including both product-specific and platform wide European regulations such as MiFID, CRD, ESG rules, EMIR, PRIIPS, AIFMD and PSD2, and relevant national regimes such as the FCA Handbook in the UK or BaFin rules in Germany....

Framework: Design, enhance, and maintain a group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS), including mandatory policies aligned with FCO guidelines while enabling local adaptations....

• Act as the OEC leader within the Affiliate and support the Affiliate General Manager and Area Compliance Director in key compliance activities.
• Lead and manage an effective Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF) for D.A.C.H, engaging Affiliate Leadership Teams and Country Leaders as needed.

• Act as Legal Advisor within GS2 & SS&D globally
• Understand Customers' Legal and Compliance Risks.
• Translate Legal & Compliance Requirements into actionable processes & controls.
• Enable SAPs' Legal Operations via customer and supervisory authority interactions.

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of business areas, its products, and supporting functions
• Assist in every step of an audit, including documentation, across scoping, planning, fieldwork and reporting

• Use of new technologies in SAP's cloud services and products (e.g. machine learning, artificial intelligence)
• Implementation of new or amended data protection requirements based on applicable laws and regulations (e.g. international data transfers)
• Support of strategic data protection programs
