• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the executive team and board
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, NDAs, complex partnership agreements and other licensing deals

• Provide German law advice to business departments
• Review and advice on: lending documentation, product-related questions and day-to-day requests from business stakeholders

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, civil and contract law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support governance processes and contribute to company-level decision-making.
