• Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of the company’s activities in the Southeast market
• Monitor, interpret, and implement regulatory developments related to insurance distribution, leasing, and financial services

• Perform and support routine Capital Markets Compliance tasks, such as implementation and execution of Personal Account Dealing controls.

• Manage compliance activities. Conduct compliance controls in various topics.
• Ensure adherence to relevant German and international regulations and policies.
• Train employees and management on compliance procedures.
• Conduct annual and ad-hoc compliance risk assessments.

• Swiss Bar Exam or EU Member State Bar Exam (Master of Laws/LLM is a plus).
• 3+ years post-qualification experience in antitrust law at a top-tier law firm or multinational company.
• Experience in antitrust investigations and litigation.
