• Lead lawyer on legally complex and high value transactions with Business’s customers with a focus for Germany
• Provision of clear and pragmatic legal guidance and formal advice on projects and contracts to help Business understand and mitigate legal risk

• Preparation of board meeting documents including agenda, notice, board pack, and meeting minutes
• Regulatory filings (RCS filings)
• Preparation of the yearly board calendar
• Board evaluations and presentation summaries
• Application of e-signatures to documents
