• Plan, organize and carry out audits, be the audit leader on audit fieldwork
• Understand and analyse the business areas, being able to identify the root causes of issues and to define suitable potential solutions, providing constructive feedback

• advising an international client base in all areas of business law (including corporate, commercial, real estate, employment, banking and finance and regulatory),
• preparation, drafting and review of contracts, agreements, legal documents, newsletters, articles, memoranda in various legal areas,

• Provide legal consultancy and business partnering for all business divisions and enabling functions;
• Focus on strategic business topics and foster change management to support operating model implementation;
• Draft, review, and negotiate specific contracts not available in standard offerings;

• Assist in developing and implementing the organization's annual compliance program and work plan.
• Conduct investigations to address cases reported through the Whistleblowing channel, prepare reports and help implement and monitor any required corrective action to mitigate risks.

• Assess existing IT systems and business processes to determine if a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is required
• Perform PIAs using Vantage Tower's privacy tool and identify potential privacy risks
• Follow up on the implementation of risk mitigation actions with risk owners
