• Providing advice and support on the provision of our products and services
• Drafting legal documentation for clients, internal stakeholders, senior management and regulatory authorities
• Working collaboratively with Legal colleagues, other business and Corporate stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions

Develop, implement, and maintain the WKO's KYC policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with EU directives, firmwide policy and national regulations across all relevant European jurisdictions....

• Own and implement contract lifecycle management best practices, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Act as single point of contact for selected customers regarding the management of customer contracts.

• Provide German law advice in the area of Regulatory Compliance, such as MaRisk, German Banking Act and EBA Guidelines
• Support the Compliance Officer with reporting and monitoring activities
• Expectation of ECB regarding governance and regulatory liaison
