• Analyze contract conditions and assess claim entitlement under applicable law.
• Legal and commercial assessment of complex claim situations, supported by solid legal reasoning and economic analysis.

Advising in the evaluation phase such as preliminary feasibility study of the transaction, carve out concept, transaction structure, and on documentation, like NDAs, release letters, engagement agreements, process letters, indicative offers, defense agreements, market studies for merger control...

• Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, client service agreements, and insurer TOBAs.
• Advising on employment law, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution matters.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive tax compliance strategies aligned with German tax law and international regulations
• Conducting and evaluating regular risk reports and reporting to management
• Communication and coordination with reporting units

• Act as the central expert for all criminal law–related matters and advise the business on appropriate responses
• Continuously develop and improve the global Compliance Management System with a focus on criminal law

• Duration of 15 months including several job rotations within TRATON GROUP and its brands (at least one rotation abroad)
• Common Onboarding week in Sweden and virtual graduation with all Trainees from the TRATON GROUP brands
