• preparation, drafting and review of contracts, agreements, legal documents, newsletters, articles, memoranda in various legal areas,

• Support the Auditors Independence process, in particular, perform respective checks based on the list of approved audit and non-audit services
• Perform and support routine Capital Markets Compliance tasks, such as implementation and execution of Personal Account Dealing controls.

• Review of client's account opening requests of private clients from an AML/CTF standpoint (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB)
• Review of tax compliance aspects, such as FATCA and CRS (automatic exchange of information)
• Contribution in drafting internal memos and procedures
• Participation in reviews of key clients

• Act as a key legal advisor to the management team
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, NDAs, complex partnership agreements and other licensing deals

Safeguarding Framework: Maintain and further develop Bitpanda Safeguarding Framework in alignment with current and forthcoming EU Compliance Laws, including the MiCA regulation, MiFID II and E-Money Act....

• Act as a trusted legal advisor for product and regulatory matters, supporting white-label projects, product innovation, and rollout across Bitpanda's ecosystem.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure legally sound and compliant business operations.

• Support the organisation, preparation, and follow up on Board and Committee meetings, including drafting and maintaining accurate minutes.
