Support of customer projects in the series phase (including EOP and spare parts phase) in accordance with the product life cycle at the production site; acting as central contact person (internal/external)...

• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance across the organization
• Develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement programs using industry-standard methodologies

• Lead and develop a team of 3 Production Planners and 4 Customer Planners.
• Manage customer call-offs, delivery schedules, and performance KPIs through SAP and customer portals.
• Oversee demand planning, shipping coordination, and claim handling.
