• Oversee software and tool license management across the organization
• Ensure timely renewals and compliance with licensing agreements
• Monitor and optimize license-related costs
• Maintain an organized repository of contracts and agreements

• Support in running IT projects as part of the project team (PMO)
• Assist the project team in the documentation of software requirements, business processes and tests
• Analyse together with the project team business department processes and optimize them
