• Provide 1st level support; Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment
• Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups

• Provide expert-level Tier 3 troubleshooting and resolution of complex customer issues for VIAVI's Transport and ONE LabPro products.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, product management and T1/T2 support to investigate and resolve customer issues.

• You will help new employees get started quickly by allocating and installing IT equipment.
• You will act as a point of contact to support new employees' introduction to our systems (hardware, software, mobile services), provide help with onboarding and be available to answer questions.
