Lead and further develop our IT Operations and User Support teams....

• IT Operations Management: Oversee IT services to ensure alignment with business needs and efficient operations.
• Incident & Problem Management: Coordinate resolution of major incidents, minimize business disruption, and perform root cause analysis.

• Strategic responsibility for the alignment and continuous development of the IT Service Portfolio and its operability
• Ensuring transparency and consistency across current, future, and end-of-life IT services
• Defining and governing service design principles, structures, and documentation standards

• Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, services, staff, and vendors of STAAR Surgical AG which includes Swiss and International users (non-US, non Japan, non China)
• Ensure IT infrastructure and systems operate optimally with minimal downtime and unplanned outages

• Strategic responsibility for the alignment and continuous development of the IT Service Portfolio and its operability
• Ensuring transparency and consistency across current, future, and end-of-life IT services
• Defining and governing service design principles, structures, and documentation standards

• As Service Delivery process owner, design, build and manage the delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders in alignment with SLAs and KPIs
• Conception, design, engineering and implementation of infrastructure projects in the cloud
