Global Strategy & Growth: You shape and drive the global growth of mioty®, from strategic commercialization and scalable go-to-market approaches to building a thriving international ecosystem, while strengthening its worldwide positioning, brand, and value proposition across key verticals....

• Develop and maintain global SAP architecture and process standards (SAP Template), promoting harmonization and best practices.
• Overall responsibility for the SAP roll-out program: planning, steering, and monitoring all roll-out activities worldwide.

• Design and implement our next-​generation telephony and contact center architecture (UC / VoIP / CCaaS)
• Lead the technical workstream of a multi-​country rollout and modernization program
• Act as the internal technical authority and primary counterpart for external providers (e.g., TATA, NTT)

• Definition of IT standards for the areas of network, racks, cabling, and construction requirements
• Responsibility for the implementation according to the standard
• Performing on-site control of construction sites in all relevant phases
