• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM solutions
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premises) solutions, including customizations and configurations
• Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation of CRM projects

• Building the CRM application according to the architectural framework
• Defining and maintaining system configuration and technical documentation
• Developing CRM dashboards, processes, and reports tailored to business needs
• Integrating data from SAP S/4HANA in the application

• Own ERP processes and master-data governance: define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO, and internal standards
• Act as ERP expert: configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracy

• Gather and challenge the needs of operational teams.
• Identify gaps between existing processes and standard Odoo features.
• Identify functional requirements.
• Prioritize end-user requirements by discriminating “must have” from “nice to have”
