• Active partnership with sales and project managers to estimate, design, develop and deliver solutions
• Continuous communication with domain experts and product owners to understand core business needs and goals to synthesize requirement and quality standards

• Design landing zones, network topology (hub-spoke, transit gateway), and identity/federation models across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Define infrastructure-as-code patterns (Terraform, Bicep/ARM, CloudFormation, or Pulumi) that other teams build on
• Design for HA/DR, resilience, and multi-region setups

• Final escalation point for complex Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues
• Deep technical troubleshooting across devices, APIs and third-party integrations
• Root cause analysis and coordination of incident investigation and resolution with Engineering and Product teams

• Analysis of business requirements and translation into effective SAP solutions
• Design and optimization of end-to-end sales processes including O2C
• Configuration and support of SAP SD functionality in line with Public Cloud best practices

• Design and evolve AWS-based cloud platforms and infrastructure environments
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Work with client architecture, engineering and security teams to define practical cloud solutions

• Design and build CI/CD pipelines at enterprise scale
• Build and maintain a catalogue of reusable, pre-approved infrastructure modules and deployment patterns
• Work with containerization and orchestration
• Set up observability including logging, metrics, tracing
