You will be responsible for the ongoing SAP HCM applications, focusing on payroll (Germany, private sector, (non-)tariff) and personnel administration, basic time management and related interfaces...

• Participate in risk analysis, threat modeling and security engineering sessions
• Contribute to the design, review, and testing of secure components

• Developing and refining IT resilience, backup and disaster recovery concepts on a group-wide level.
• Assessing existing backup, restore and recovery capabilities, including resilience against ransomware and large-scale failures.

• Support the setup, administration, and optimization of SharePoint sites.
• Assist in the migration and restructuring of data, including replacement of existing Confluence / Wiki environments.

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP authorization concepts across S/4HANA PCE and related systems.
• Develop and manage user roles, profiles, and authorization objects in alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) solutions across all Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design optimized end-to-end financial workflows.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and solutions tailored to business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful data initiatives
• Optimize and monitor data workflows to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
