• Provide IT support to ALDI colleagues in offices and logistics centers in the US, Australia, and Europe via phone and e-mail from our Budapest office and home office 
• Analyze and work towards the resolution of emerging IT errors related to software, hardware, and network systems. 

• Create, design and maintain reporting dashboards (Power BI)
• Manage, extract and consolidate data from multiple sources
• Capture and deliver reporting requirements from several business and finance collaborators
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports for management decisions

• Customizing in SAP logistic modules like SAP MM / PP alone
• Provide solution for SAP processes in cooperation with business and logistical systems
• Interaction with process experts to find the best industry practice to implement

• Analyze data from multiple sources, identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and synthesize findings into concise, business-relevant conclusions and recommendations.
• Monitor and report costs and facilitate cost meetings
