• Actively contribute to the smooth running of the general IT infrastructure and services of the organisation.
• Interact verbally and in writing with ITA colleagues and partners to offer first and second level support, possibly using remote access.

• Be the go-to person for our customers and our 1st-level support team when it comes to networking, connectivity, and infrastructure.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level technical and clinical IT escalations across Europe.
• Provide to analyze, diagnose, and resolve recurring technical challenges.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between customers, field service engineers, and global support teams.

• Configuration, deployment, and maintenance of PC hardware, Microsoft operating systems, and software.
• Telephone, email/instant messaging, and hands-on support for employees primarily in Germany, but also across the EMEAI region. Recording incidents and requests in ticketing systems.

• Own and manage end-to-end service management processes and tools, including incident management, service request management, asset management, and KNB management
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies and best practices in operations

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)
• Maintain and optimize our Hyper-V and Windows Server infrastructure
• Provide IT support across all levels (1st to 3rd line)

Maintain and enhance the CMDB, ensuring accurate representation of infrastructure, applications, services, and their relationships. Define and implement CI lifecycle processes, classifications, and relationships. This includes verifying CI data and ensuring it's accurate and complete....

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our devices, including provisioning, onboarding of new joiners, and secure offboarding of leavers.
• Administer and continuously improve the macOS environment, specifically MDM standards, application deployment, and configuration management.

• Design, develop, and maintain interfaces with external systems, including APIs, file import/export processes, and web services;
• Support and maintain ERP integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity;

• Oversee software and tool license management across the organization

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users.
