• As a systems engineer, you will work closely with colleagues in the project teams
• If you are interested and suitable, you also could participate in software development for air traffic control products
• You will act as the technical interface between the customer and our internal contacts

• perform proactive monitoring and in-depth analysis/documentation of Microsoft cloud environments status updates
• provide automation of service monitoring, notification of critical events
• create concepts and technical documentation describing the developed functionality

• You are part of a team who is responsible for the global infrastructure services (planning, design, installation and administration)
• You ensure the proper service delivery of the entitled end to end services (network infrastructure, Storage, Server, VM, interfaces, 芒聙娄)

• Provide 1st level support; Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment
• Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups

• Help Shopify run its planet scale systems by enabling our engineering teams to create resilient systems.
• Build and improve tools to keep our platform resilient and performant.
• Ensure we never fail for the same reason twice.
• Go on-call and respond to automated alerts and execute playbooks.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users.
• Accept, analyze, and resolve internal service requests and fault reports using the ticketing system.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals.

• User management in a heterogeneous software landscape
• Device Management (inventory, patch management, configuration)
• Processing support requests (Level 1, 2 and 3 support - editing depending on knowledge level)
• Participation in infrastructure projects (distribution, cloud and network technology)
