You will design, manage and operate ServiceNow solutions that power ISM’s user‑centric services, partnering with business stakeholders to co‑create workflows and knowledge that enable first‑time support, efficient escalations, and transparent service delivery....

• Support sales channels to deliver an outstanding and seamless customer experience
• Maintain and continuously develop modern IT infrastructure, including POS systems, networks, and mobile devices
• Manage IT asset inventory, including monitoring, lifecycle management, and timely replacement of equipment

• Handle inbound technical support requests (Phone, Email, Web).
• Validates customer entitlements and approves exceptions for unentitled customers.
• Dispatch out-of-TSR scope technical issues to the appropriate support group. 

• Resolve customer technical incidents during installation, implementation, and/or maintenance of NI products and platforms.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of customer interaction.
• Report design, reliability, or maintenance issues to R&D.
