• Provide technical support via email and telephone to customers regarding the use and troubleshooting of KUKA Robotics products,
• Send technical documentation to customers as needed,
• Enter and maintain data in the ticketing system (Salesforce),
• Manage customer complaints effectively and professionally,

• Drives development and implementation of squad’s analytics strategy and roadmap, incl. data source selection, data collection, transformation and standard reporting
• May extract, load or transform data from different sources either via scripting (e.g. SQL) or coding (e.g. Python)

• Handle inbound technical support requests (Phone, Email, Web).
• Validates customer entitlements and approves exceptions for unentitled customers.
• Dispatch out-of-TSR scope technical issues to the appropriate support group. 

• Provide IT support to ALDI colleagues in offices and logistics centers in the US, Australia, and Europe via phone and e-mail from our Budapest office and home office 
• Analyze and work towards the resolution of emerging IT errors related to software, hardware, and network systems.
