• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users.
• Accept, analyze, and resolve internal service requests and fault reports using the ticketing system.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals.

• Handle support requests and provide support on hardware, software and networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Office 365, printers, mobile devices and business applications
• Escalate complex cases to other departments and update ITSM documentation

• Provide 1st level support; Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment
• Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups

• Ensures technically and timewise optimal Customer Support to guarantee the availability professionally and quick support by phone, email and remote assistance for customers
• Supports customers with complex technical requests using structured problem-solving approach

• Be the go-to person for our customers and our 1st-level support team when it comes to networking, connectivity, and infrastructure.
• Solve complex technical issues and keep networks fast, stable, and secure.

• Testing and monitoring e-commerce payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Handling incoming tickets related to online payments, customer payouts & fraud prevention.
• Creating and managing IT development tickets for payment-related issues.

• Provide general support to Stakeholders in regards to FEI horse documents, registrations and health requirements;
• Provide general support to different Stakeholders on the use of various FEI IT platforms;

• Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of the OmnissaTM Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE®
• Direct collaboration with OmnissaTM product development
• Error analysis and problem solving (3rd/4th level) in global support
• Monitoring, maintenance, and updates of private cloud and customer systems
