• Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat, emails and self-service portal from users regarding IT issues and queries
• Record incident resolutions in the ITSM tool based on user communication via phone, email, chat etc.
• Ensure that issues are resolved within ticket life cycle

• Conduct digital forensic investigations in the context of information security incidents, ensuring thorough and accurate analysis.
• Collect, preserve, and document forensic evidence in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.

Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and integrated applications, escalating to other IT teams as infrastructure or networking, or third-party vendors when necessary....

As working student (f/m/d)* IT Security, you support the Security Operations Center by analyzing and evaluating security-related events in Google Chronicle (SIEM) and assisting in incident identification and assessment....
