• Proven leadership of IAM/IGA platform projects
• Strong vendor and partner management experience
• Deep understanding of IAM standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM, LDAP)

• Collaborate with departments to identify, document, and technically implement high-impact AI use cases across the organization
• Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training sessions tailored to various teams and roles
