Product Strategy: You own the end-to-end product vision and road­map for all non-financial ERP capa­bilities across MB Energy (SAP/Implico, OTIS and CODAS), aligned with your business stake­holder demands....

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and solutions tailored to business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful data initiatives
• Optimize and monitor data workflows to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability

• Independent risk reviews within the bid phase
• Execution of risk assessments as part of the hand over process
• Operative risk management and risk assessment

• Roadmap Management: Lead the definition and implementation of the technology roadmap, ensuring all projects are aligned with broader business priorities.

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and integrate them into the CRM system

• Ensuring the sustainability of community ESM codes, and enabling the adop­tion of modern HPC systems
• Enabling and improving high-performance computing capabilities of ESM codes, including performance optimization

• Independent development, implementation, documentation and monitoring of global process and quality standards
• Analyzing the technical implications of developments in Data Management processes and independently deriving the resulting next steps
