• Lead and coordinate all software develop­ment activities across the complete project lifecycle
• Define, implement, and track soft­ware project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards (e.g. ASPICE, ISO 26262) and customer-specific requirements

• Design and implement high-performance software components for complex distributed systems, focusing on C++ development and advanced network protocols.
• Develop features aligned with the product roadmap and implement custom solutions for individual customer requirements.

• Programming (mostly) in Golang (Kubernetes Operators, REST APIs, libraries and tools)
• Designing solutions providing new features for our customers
• Develop and operate highly scalable cloud solutions

You develop advanced machine learning-based architectures for automated driving functions and shape the way in which we scale our ML development....

• Responsible to report/present founded, aggregated security status in Release Decision Meetings (RDMs) to comply with SAP security requirements and ensure secure deliveries
• Engage in the virtual area security community and act as a driver on topics

Build working software end-to-end in AI-native tooling: Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, v0, Lovable, or equivalent. You are fluent across at least several of these and you experiment with new ones....

• Software Development:
• Writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code for software applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to create software solutions.

Product Strategy: You own the end-to-end product vision and road­map for all non-financial ERP capa­bilities across MB Energy (SAP/Implico, OTIS and CODAS), aligned with your business stake­holder demands....
