• Project Management: Implement SAP upgrades
• Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive project roadmaps that align with business goals
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects remain on track

• Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Develop and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) — defining scope, service levels, and exit strategies
• Coordinate integration and carve-out plans with IT domain heads and Corporate M&A
