• You will take overall technical responsibility for complex, cross-functional AI initiatives - from requirements analysis through to implementation.
• You will independently identify, evaluate and manage AI-related projects.

• You create advanced AI approaches for general-purpose robotics, with a focus on robotic foundation models.
• Furthermore, you train, finetune, evaluate, and deploy models such as vision-language-action architectures.

• Orchestration, deployment and administration of the open source software services developed at OSL.
• Design, development and implementation of data workflows within the above-mentioned software tools.
• Design, development and maintenance of software extensions within the above-mentioned software tools.

• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces with React (or Vue) for intuitive user experiences.
• Implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Design, implement, and optimize database schemas across relational and non-relational systems.

• Implementation of software solutions for research purposes
