• Shape the Roadmap & Drive Delivery
• Own the project roadmap and backlog — from high-level initiatives down to individual work items — making sure the team always has a clear, compelling picture of where we're headed and why.

• Shaping and pitching OCM offerings in IT transformation proposals and new client opportunities
• Leading and delivering OCM workstreams across complex client engagements (e.g., SAP, Digital Workplace, M&As, AI)

• Define, maintain, and enhance governance controls for firewall management in line with internal policies, DORA, and BaFin requirements.
• Conduct second line reviews of firewall configurations, rule changes, and network segmentation to ensure compliance and risk reduction.
