• Support our customers on their transformation to SAP S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise.
• Delivery of remote and onsite services together with our experts for global customers with focus on system optimization, conceptual planning as well as empowering the customers with newest best practice knowledge.

• Lead the migration and rollout of our new webshop platform, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
• Own and drive the SAP Commerce D2C platform roadmap across EMEA, aligned with regional strategy and local market needs

• Hire, onboard, and develop TAMs; promote an inclusive environment centered on continuous improvement
• Optimize coverage, capacity, and staffing across multi-country portfolios; forecast demand and headcount.

• Defining and driving product vision, roadmap, lifecycle strategy and ecosystem capabilities in alignment with business strategy
• Contributing to portfolio decisions, including make/buy/partner evaluations and ecosystem expansion

You take the lead in shaping and evolving a globally distributed SAP organization, guiding a team (USA, Germany and India) across Business Analysis, Basis, Integration, Security, and AMS while driving a modern, product-oriented delivery model that anticipates future business needs....

• Ensuring compliance with applicable medical device software regulations and standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, IEC 62366 and IVDR
• Defining, maintaining, and governing software-related quality policies, procedures, SOPs, templates and lifecycle frameworks
