• Working on business analytics topics related to the sales performance of digital products within the connected car ecosystem
• Using cloud-based analytics tools such as Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and GitHub
• Supporting stakeholders across more than 50 markets through direct collaboration

• Deep Discovery: Using user-centred and data-informed design to understand exactly what our patients need to succeed.
• Collaborative Innovation: Partnering closely with stakeholders to align on a product vision that is both impactful and technically feasible.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications based on the Angular framework
• Define and implement frontend solution strategies across multiple applications and user groups
• Collaborate with UX designers to plan UI designs, develop interaction concepts, and ensure usability and performance

• Develop and enhance the CRM architecture, including future AI solutions
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as case management
• Integrate third-party systems (e.g., telephony, chatbots) using APIs and middleware tools

• Implementation of test procedures/automated scenarios including system integration

• Lead the evolution and development of our core business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Atoss, and other integrated systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modern programming frameworks.
