• Operate in a fast-paced environment across multiple customer opportunities in parallel.
• Conduct business and technical discovery with customers, while partnering with representatives from Adobe's Client Solutions Sales

• Develop and communicate a transformational 'Big Idea' that aligns Adobe solutions with customer challenges
• Contribute to territory planning and account prioritization
• Inspire customers by painting a compelling vision of digital transformation

• Define and execute a compelling product vision for commerce, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Drive the development of new commerce tools that empower retailers and brands to grow. Identify opportunities to Buy/Partner

• Partner with DME CSMs to validate discovery session outcomes and uncover potential use cases.
• Define customer workshop agendas, customize demos with customer assets, and follow up to confirm engagement roadmaps.

• Own the business success and product roadmap of smart attachment solutions across their lifecycle
• Define smart attachment use cases, features, and solution concepts based on customer needs and market opportunities

Drive AI and Platform Adoption: You drive the adoption of AI, Micro­soft 365, Copilot, Power Platform and GenAI tools across MB Energy so that employees under­stand, trust, and effectively use these technologies....

• Lead the strategic evolution and rationalisation of a large, complex Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring it becomes more efficient, maintainable, and accessible for integration with other systems.
• Identify opportunities to retire or simplify processes, while modernising architecture and functionality.

• Identify and engage high-potential ISV partners across [VERTICAL FOCUS TO BE DEFINED]
• Build compelling business cases that demonstrate clear ROI for integration partnerships
• Lead complex negotiations from initial contact through signed partnership agreements

• Own the product vision and strategy for adaptation and resilience solutions within our climate risk portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.

• Support strategic discussions and product designs in the customer identity product area.
• Create and support the execution of the product roadmaps, with an outcome/ KPI-driven mindset.
