• Az üzleti célok és projekt scope meghatározása (scope / out of scope)
• As-is folyamatok felmérése és modellezése, to-be folyamatok kialakítása
• Üzleti igények összegyűjtése, elemzése és strukturált dokumentálása (BRS)
• Megoldási alternatívák kidolgozása, végleges üzleti megoldásdokumentáció elkészítése

• Ügyfél hívások kezelése
• Ügyfél igénynek megfelelő "remote-hand" kérések teljesítése (pl.: újraindítás, eszköz ellenőrzés)
• Az operátor munkájának segítése
• Hálózati, géptermi és IT rendszerek monitoringja

• Felhasználóbarát, reszponzív webes felületek fejlesztése (React vagy Vue/Nuxt előny)
• RESTful API-k fejlesztése és integrálása backend rendszerekhez
• Együttműködés a UI/UX csapattal és a backend fejlesztőkkel
