• Architecture leadership for transformation of business systems, service operations and customer fulfilment platforms
• Definition of strategic architecture direction across telecom BSS, Service Operations, Salesforce Communications Cloud, ServiceNow and enterprise integration domains

• Managing and migrating ETL pipelines between various source systems
• Validating pipeline build success and output data quality
• Communicating with business stakeholders and SME's regarding their respective data domain
• Analysing and resolving blockers and issues with ETL pipelines and data discrepancies

• Design landing zones, network topology (hub-spoke, transit gateway), and identity/federation models across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Define infrastructure-as-code patterns (Terraform, Bicep/ARM, CloudFormation, or Pulumi) that other teams build on
• Design for HA/DR, resilience, and multi-region setups

• Participation in SAP implementations, rollouts and other projects to deliver country specific solutions in the VAT, tax and reporting areas
• Provision of professional SAP advisory on the VAT, tax and reporting areas for Clients
