• Participation in industrial automation projects
• Full-stack development
• Leading the software development team to design, implement, and maintain the entire application stack
• Ensuring workflows in the Scrum framework
• Collaboration with engineers, project teams, management, and other stakeholders,

• Monitor and control IT project budgets from initial request through completion, ensuring financial adherence and transparency
• Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards to evaluate departmental effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

• Conduct end‑to‑end software and service should‑cost analyses by identifying, assessing, and modelling key cost drivers.
• Define and size software technical specifications, assessing requirement quality and maturity.

• Implement time-sensitive and business-critical projects in alignment with agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee local project budgets up to EUR 2 million, including planning, forecasting, and financial oversight.

• Review the existing Adobe Commerce architecture, integrations, and operatingmodel with focus on synergy potential between both instances
• Identify strengths, risks, bottlenecks, and optimization potential (extension, newfunctionalities, integration into website/marketplaces)

• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects from idea generation through planning, approval, procurement, execution, monitoring and handover
• Prepare project roadmaps and detailed action plans; continuously monitor progress and ensure projects remain on track
