Engineering supervisor állás, munka

• Együttműködés belső ügyfelekkel és külső fejlesztőcsapatokkal adatvezérelt működés és döntéshozatal elősegítése érdekében
• Strukturált és nem strukturált adatok feldolgozása, azokból információ keresése, kinyerése, feldolgozása, szolgáltatása (elsősorban backend fejlesztések)

• Projektek szakmai becslése, tervezése, végrehajtásának irányítása és felügyelete  
• Beszállítók munkájának szakmai felügyelete, alvállalokozók menedzselése 
• Belsős engineering csapat irányítása és people management-je (Frontend, Backend, Tesztelés, DevOps)  

• Csapatvezetők közvetlen irányítása, munkájuk koordinálása és mentorálása, a csapatvezetőkhöz tartozó projektek előrehaladásának biztosítása (3-5 direct riport)
• A CTO által meghatározott stratégia lebontása a csapatokra és annak következetes végrehajtása
