• Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA IT support organization across multiple countries and time zones 
• Oversee daily IT support operations, service prioritization, and operational efficiency 
• Ensure high-quality IT service delivery, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement 

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans.
• Manage multi-tier M&A projects or workstreams concurrently.

• Own and evolve the ERP (SAP) landscape, roadmap, and architecture
• Partner closely with business and IT teams to align SAP solutions with business needs
• Drive innovation through PoCs and new SAP capabilities
• Influence ERP strategy and roadmaps across IT and business stakeholders

• Support the delivery of SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes within project assignments, ensuring consistency and alignment with project frameworks
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities, including design, testing (IT & UAT), deployment, cutover, and hypercare support

• End-to-end management of IT projects, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Development, maintenance, and execution of detailed project plans
• Managing multiple parallel projects or workstreams, including M&A initiatives
