• Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows for our enterprise customers.
• Configure and customize modules such as ITSM and ITOM (must-have), as well as HRSD, CSM, or App Engine.
• Develop custom applications using JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

• You continuously improve and scale our backend services
• You orchestrate and maintain our AWS infrastructure
• You maintain and develop our in-house CMS
• You work with the feeds of Opta (main data provider)
• You ship updates through our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

• Design, develop, and maintain applications based on the Angular framework
• Define and implement frontend solution strategies across multiple applications and user groups
• Collaborate with UX designers to plan UI designs, develop interaction concepts, and ensure usability and performance

• Lead the SAP development within the S/4HANA transformation program, functional developments and operational business
• Ensure all custom developments comply with SAP Clean Core principles and standardized development guidelines
