• Üzleti folyamatok megtervezése, folyamatábrák elkészítése

Informatikai biztonsági szabályzatok, eljárásrendek és irányelvek kidolgozásában való részvétel....

• Egyeztetés a szoftverfejlesztő partnerekkel az üzleti igényekről és a fejlesztések státuszáról
• Szoftverhibák bejelentése a partnercégek felé, a hibajavítási folyamatok nyomon követése és ellenőrzése

• Aktív részvétel a cégcsoport működési folyamatainak kialakításában, átszervezésében
• A jelenlegi üzleti folyamatok és informatikai rendszerek (szoftverek) megismerése, felmérése
• A meglévő üzleti folyamatok szoftveres támogatásának felülvizsgálata
