• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, compliance needs, and user feedback
• Own the product backlog and ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with agile delivery teams

• You develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's e-commerce goals and vision.
• You analyze existing customer journeys and real user behavior to optimize usability and sales-increasing purchasing processes together with our product development team

• Derive, structure, and prioritize user stories to guide development based on stakeholder requirements
• Coordinate interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams to implement new features effectively
• Guide and instruct the development team, managing technical dependencies to ensure smooth progress

• Build-up, align and execute the Sales and Service CRM strategy for Körber Group across our organizations
• Run hands-on project management with our internal business and IT CRM community as well as external partners

• Disciplinary management of the Sales Applications Team in Wiesbaden
• Technical leadership of virtually extended team members (esp. in Barcelona, Spain)
