Establishment and operation of the build, release, and observability backbone for Meridian technical due diligence, code quarantine, reproducible software validation, controlled deployment preparation, and reliable engineering handover across cloud platform components...

• Adapt the design system to enable accurate prototyping with AI tooling
• Own components, patterns, and usage guidelines from definition to delivery.
• Proactively identify gaps in the enterprise system and translate insights into accessible, inclusive, and scalable solutions.

• Lead AI-assisted software engineering activities for Meridian by designing repeatable SDLC patterns
• Anchor the engineering approach for OpenStack-derived services, repository-scale understanding, and sovereign software handover readiness

• Design, develop, and integrate novel components, for example for establishing trust (e.g. SPIFFE / SPIRE), securing network connections (e.g. mTLS, IPSec), and secure device onboarding (e.g. FIDO Device Onboarding).
• Maintain and continually enhance our existing software written in Rust.

You architect cloud and hardware solutions to scale AI workloads across GPUs and accelerators, while optimizing storage and networking for throughput, resilience, and cost efficiency....

• You understand RABOT's departments, their core processes and our AI tooling (Claude, Claude Code, our data stack) well enough to run a process-discovery session on your own.
• You've shipped your first automation into production — something a team feels immediately.

• You understand our platform architecture, existing integrations and tech stack (C#/.NET, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP/Azure) deeply enough to independently plan and ship features and integrations.
• You've shipped your first hardware provider integration or significantly improved an existing one.
