• Identify key research opportunities that address critical knowledge gaps and influence both product and company strategy.
• Design and execute multimethod research studies in all levels of complexity to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors, ensuring insights directly inform product decisions.

Drive AI and Platform Adoption: You drive the adoption of AI, Micro­soft 365, Copilot, Power Platform and GenAI tools across MB Energy so that employees under­stand, trust, and effectively use these technologies....

• Support the development of our brand identity and visual direction
• Improve and polish UI flows (e.g. with Lovable, Figma or similar tools)
• Build and iterate landing pages (Webflow, Framer or comparable tools)
• Create marketing and launch assets (one-pagers, LinkedIn visuals, pitch materials)

• Operate in a fast-paced environment across multiple customer opportunities in parallel.
• Conduct business and technical discovery with customers, while partnering with representatives from Adobe's Client Solutions Sales
