• Lead and enhance SOC operations, including SIEM/SOAR (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud) for detection, response, and automation

• Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Develop and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) — defining scope, service levels, and exit strategies
• Coordinate integration and carve-out plans with IT domain heads and Corporate M&A

• Manage and oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and resource allocation, with a strong focus on tracking planned vs. actual values
• Report financial and project status to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making

• Design secure architectures for IoT platforms, devices, and cloud-based services
• Embed security principles and controls across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Define and guide secure coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies

• Developing reference architecture and transformation plans promoting SAP best practices
